SUNDAY 7/23 3:30 to 5:30 pm Arrival/Pageant Registration
6:30 pm Welcome Dinner
MONDAY 7/24
ORIENTATION WILL BE HELD IN THE SHOW ROOM
7:50 am Breakfast
8:50-10:30 am Orientation (Exchange state gifts)
10:30 - 1:00pm Rehearsal
1:00 pm Lunch
1:30 – 4:50 pm Rehearsal
Dinner on your own at your convenience
6:00 pm Bus Tour departs
9:00 pm Back to Orleans Hotel
Have a good night rest
TUESDAY 7/25
7:30 am Breakfast
8:30-9:30 am Pool area (wear swimsuit) Photo session
10:00-12:45pm Rehearsal
12:45 pm Lunch
1:15-4:30pm Rehearsal
4:30 pm All Delegates dismissed to prepare for Judges interview (look for your time)
Dinner on your own at your convenience
JUDGES INTERVIEWS
6:00 – 6:50 Group One - - Alabama to FLORIDA
6:50 – 7:40 Group Two - - Georgia to Maine
7:40 – 8:30 Group Three - Maryland to New Jersey
8:30 – 8:50 Judges break
8:50 – 9:40 Group Four - - New Mexico to South Carolina
9:40 – 10:30 Group Five - - South Dakota to Wyoming
WEDNESDAY 7/26
7:50 am Breakfast
8:45 –12:30pm Rehearsal
12:30 pm Lunch
1:10 - 4:00 pm Rehearsal
4:15 pm Bring Competition clothes backstage
4:30 pm Break – prepare for preliminary show
Dinner on your own at your convenience
6:45 pm Backstage – Dress for preliminary show
7:30 pm Be ready & dressed backstage
8:00 pm Preliminary Competition
9:45 – 10:00 pm Take your belongings to your room
THURSDAY 7/27
